[ARC5] muting

In a normally connected MF/HF Command Set, keying a transmitter does not 
short the receiver audio output (to ground).  It disconnects the receive audio 
lines in the receiver rack and control boxes from the receivers and 
connects them to the side tone line from the modulator.
