[ARC5] Increasing BFO injection for R-26

There appear to be two workable methods:
1) Install a "gimmick" capacitor in parallel with C-33. I have done this one,
and it works well. However, with strong signals, the BFO frequency is
"pulled".
2) Remove and short R-16 or R-17, then replace the remaining one with a 50
K, 3 watt wirewound resistor.
Total power dissipation in that resistor would be around 1.25 watts.
Using this method, the BFO would be drawing more current, and would be
less likely to be pulled by the IF signal.
I have not yet tried this method.
