Hi Guys –
I had a blast last night on SKN with my SCR-274N radios. Made 18 QSOs
during the night in the following states: OH, NY, NJ, CT, IL, TN, ME, VA,
MD, WI and ID.
Ken, you were also the highlight for me last night! It was just like the
Novice days when I heard a “far off” western station on 80M !!
I was just about to pull the switch around 2 AM local and decided to make
one more pass on 80M and heard your CQ. You were in amongst a huge gaggle
of SKN stations thus the 359 RST.
Note to self: review threads on improving ARC-5 selectivity and DO
something about it…..
Ronnie – do let us know when you’ll be on with your 274 so we can work you
today.
I’ll be on and off the air today as well.
