[ARC5] Did Rube Goldberg own this?

Remarkably ugly at first sight, but an interesting assemblage.

I looked for information on the Harvey-Wells AT-3B transmitter.
Found the tube complement (4 loctals) but nothing about frequency
range, etc. Presumably crystal controlled.

The BC-453 with coffee grinder remote tuning is perhaps a VFO?
