I feel the same way about numerous bits I have here. Spent too much time
finding and reviving them, and besides - I didn't acquire them for their
monetary value.

OTOH, the stuff I do want to sell can't leave fast enough to suit me. Once
again it gets back to time: the time to continually move it, the time it
takes to clean it up to get rid of it, the time it takes away from other
projects. Once upon a time I put a lot of value on 'stuff'. Lately I value
my time a lot more.

My guess is there's a big difference between something you want gone and
something you have no intent or desire to sell. "All the tea in China"
comes to mind...
