I have a 22.2MB version of the ROIF that I picked up "somewhere" in
December of 2010. That's Way too long ago for me to remember where it came
from. The one referenced earlier today is quite a bit smaller, around 19MB
as I recall and is said to be missing some pages. I have never read the
whole thing but I have printed it. The version I have has 207 pages, in
glorious living color. I may have made it from those pages at
http://www.angelfire.com/wv/liberator2/roif/roif.html but who knows?
I do not have a web page but could send it to someone who does have one and
who would put it up there.
