[ARC5] ARC5 Octal Crystals

Technically, the nomenclature applies to the holder, not the crystal 
inside.  "FT" was sort of a catch-all for thousands of minor items that didn't fit 
anywhere else.  Approximately like "MX" in the AN system.  Except that 
there were fewer cases in the latter.
