[ARC5] Command Set Xtals

FT-243 crystals fit alternate pins in the octal socket: 1-3, 2-4, 3-5, 4-6, etc.

> I'll mention in passing that any of the FT-243 style xtal will work as the calibration xtal. As long as it is in the transmitter frequency range. I forget the pins it needs to be plugged into but it will plug right in. Maybe pins 2 and 7.
