[ARC5] RF ammeter

I think the ferrous panel effect is simply a coupling to the D'
Arsonval movement.  Any sensitive D'Arsonval movement would be similarly
affected.  Some meters are calibrated for mounting in a ferrous panel and
some are not.  Most are.  When you see a note on the meter box it is
usually a note to tell the user that this particular meter is not
calibrated for ferrous mounting.
