[ARC5] BC-230 meter repair?

Transplanted the meter from the GF into the BC-230. Works fine.
Although the scale of the new meter is 2A rather than 1.5A, the
extra 0.5A is squished onto the end thanks to the log scale.
I am getting a little over 10W out (triode-strapped 6AQ5's with
425V on the PA plate - probably too high).
