Hi,
I think it should be easily possible to use a TCXO module external to
the R-23 (etc) to provide the needed frequency stability - *IF* one is
actually interested in using WSPR (I'm not). Just a hint. I'm sure the
TCXO modules from retired landmobile VHF-FM radios will provide plenty
of stability. I have some set aside for us in a homebrew 60 meter TX.
Like 60 meters, the 630 meter WSPR signals are confined to a known,
small part of the dial.
