[ARC5] Mystery Black Box

The LORAN-C was a whopping big pulse, into a huge (700' high) antenna. It
was easily visible on a Tek scope without any amplification and just a
small (1') shielded loop and no electronics.

It would have been the ONLY slowly moving pip on the display, if the GRI
was adjusted close.
