[ARC5] Mystery Black Box

My guess it is to convert either:

LORAN-A to LORAN-C
or
LORAN-C to LORAN-A

or possibly both.

LORAN-A operated between 1.8 and 2.2 MHz.
LORAN-C at 100 kHz.

The transition was in the mid 1950s.

The APN-9A has BOTH bands. A very interesting toy that I'd love to play with.
