[ARC5] White faced BC-442

Figure 1 at the beginning of the manual.  But it's a very poor 1 bit B&W 
contrasty copy of an original that was not too great to start with - I 
think you're just seeing the reflection of the white photo background 
off the meter glass that was rationalized by the scan software into 
white.  AB5S reminded me that there was an actual white face meter on 
*one* of the earlier SCR-183 command sets - in the Western Electric 
SCR-AF-183 (BC-AF-230) - but it remains the only one I've ever seen in 
any of the "command sets".  There mist have been a period of 
experimentation in the mid-1930s - the BC-AA-191 and BC-191-A 
transmitters both have white faced meters.  It didn't last long.
