A good friend of my father was a PBY and PBM pilot in the Pacific Theater. As a favor to me he made a nice copy of the radio section for the PBM-5 I think it is Pilot's manual and there seems to have been a spare unit of every piece of radio gear on board stored all over the aircraft, even in the galley all on shock mounted racks.

Not only do the Profiles not say anything about radios - on any of the older
ircraft - the pilot's manuals of the 1930's don't usually have anything
ither.
hey often show an empty tray for the radios in the pictures..
By the way, y'all can download all of the Profiles for free over at over at
ww.Boxartden.com
Look under Model References.
They have all of the aircraft, the ships, the armored vehicles and the guns.
hey used to have them in PDF but have gone to individual page scans in jpg
ormat to improve the quality. It makes it a bit tedious to download but they
o look better.
