[ARC5] Navy Aircraft Identification

If the Seagull flew in the early 1930s, it used the RU in 
receiver capacities- there wasn't anything else for them
to use in that capacity and it did the job.
Transmitter for such a scouting craft might have been
an early model GP.  There's only 1 antenna and GF
is not up to that task.  I can't see a GO fitting in there. ;-)

It's late and I'm tired.  I'm probably forgetting something.
What else besides GP could have done the job in,
say, 1935?
