[ARC5] ARC-5 and SCR-274-N IF Transformers

Something to bear in mind is that the ARA and SCR-274-N shared the same core
design so even with WE's mods they would still be essentially alike.  OTOH,
the IF cans for the AN/ARC-5 are different from the earlier design and are
not intended to be compatible with them.  Note that the ARA and SCR-274-N
parts bear one set of numbers while the AN/ARC-5 equipment has a different
set.
