[ARC5] Trimmer Cap Values

That is a real oldie cap! The M series became the 160 series sometime in the 
50's.

The first number is the maximum C but Ive no idea what the 8 stands for as 
the minimum C on that series is 1.5 to 3 pf.
If it has a total of 21 plates it is 3-20pf (rounded off) and the later 
160-110.

I use the much smaller 189 and 193 series for most replacements in RX and TX 
VFO's
