[ARC5] AF Depot poser???

Well, I have a good one for you all to solve. Ted, W3PWW has loaned me a 
BC-454-A receiver.. nothing interesting there.  What we are trying to 
figure out is the name of the depot that overhauled this unit in 1954.  
The paint stamped lettering is not clear, but what is visible, along 
with some help from photoshop appears to be something like
"GRELI  A F  DEPOT"   Then it goes on to say "TOC Date Oct 4 1954"  I've 
been trying to decipher what the depot name is, as there's obviously no 
Greli AF depot.  The first letter could be a "C" and the last letters 
could be "LL" instead of "LI" or something else?  Anyone have any idea 
what the depot might have been?  Tnx
