My strong recommendation is LPS-1.

It's and excellent very lightweight lube and does not bother electronics, nor does it tend to collect dirt.  Does a great job on scratchy pots as well.  Some hardware stores carry it and I understand that motorcycle shops do because it if one of the few lubes for chains that will not collect lots of dirt. 

Also, much harder to get is ACF-50.  It works well also.  When I moved into my present home I found that the fluorescent lights in the garage would not work.  I put a little ACF 50 on the contacts and that proved to be a permanent fix.

As for DC-4, note that it was developed in WWII as an insulation coating for spark plug wires on high altitude aircraft.  It is a dielectric.
