[ARC5] Non inductive resistors

I am building a 6 DB pad to use with my Heathkit Warrior Amp. I am in need of some non inductive resistors. A total of three. Two are appox. 16 ohms at 25 watts and one is appox .65 ohms at 25 watts. These resistance values are just ball park figures. I have tried the Caddock thin film resistors and have had bad results. If any one has some carbon resistors that would parallel into these values and is willing to part with them I would appreciate purchasing same.
