Believe it or not, a few years ago I found "Naval Observatory Time" being 
broadcast on an FM BCB frequency one day.  I have no idea who was doing that or 
why.  I figured that maybe the USN was doing something over on the Cape but why 
they would use 88.9 MHZ or whatever frequency was, I have no idea.
