[ARC5] NSS Cutler, ME

[D C _Mac_ Macdonald]

Were time signals (ala WWV) once sent from a "Naval Observatory?"  Was that once the location of WWV? 

Something like this seems to come from the deep and hard to access recesses of my memory from the 1950s.
