[ARC5] ARC-5 receiver Yardeny adaptor

Back in the day, these things weren't all that uncommon and, as always, BC-453s were dirt common.  I remember "normalizing" several of these fixed-tuned receivers (we thought they were otherwise junk) by stripping gears and dials out of 453/R-23 receivers and fitting them to the HF receivers after the autotune box was removed.  Wasn't an easy job.
