Yes.

As several have explained, electrolytics make HORRIBLE bypasses at 
RF...and even at high AF. As far as RF is concerned, electrolytics aren't 
even there.

In fact, I have seen the necessity at VHF to parallel two different kinds of 
capacitors to get proper bypassing. Although your rig is operating at much 
lower frequency, you still need the 0.01 mfd ceramics.
