No.  The ARA and AN/ARC-5 receiver racks have phone jacks on them, if that 
was the problem.  But what occured to Mike and should have occured to me 
earlier was that the ZB and AN/ARR-1 are normally powered by the Command 
receiver or set that they are attached to.  In the case of SCR-274-N, ARA and 
AN/ARC-5, this is taken from a connector on the receiver's front panel plug-in 
adaptor.  Which is completely covered by the C-131.
