[ARC5] Looks Very Interesting

Many aircraft had an accessory jack for LM frequency meter use on the main junction box for radio equipment.(I read this somewhere). That could take the place of the jack on the R-24 and a standard rx panel adaptor used instead. So, your idea still might work.

Thanks for re-posting the link on the Yardeny Spot Tuner.  Clearly, the the 
ARR-1 cannot connect to an R-24 with a C131/AR installed.
