Couldn't this Yardley gizmo be used on a Broadcast Band ARC-5 with an AN/ARR-1 connected to tune to the six channels of the YG Homing system?

The original two pole six position switch assembly, true...you had to
provide some sort of enclosure for it, it had no markings on it other
than channel numbers, and that's not a good strategy for large scale
installation... However, as I mentioned earlier this morning, there is
  a C-188/ART-13, C-189/ART-13, and C-284/AR shown at
http://aafradio.org/flightdeck/box.htm - and the serial numbers for
these number in the hundreds. You can recognize the first two control
boxes as designed for the Yardney because they have "Preset Receiver"
channels from 1 to 6 shown on the front panel. The C-284 could
reportedly be used with both the Yardney *or* the ARR-15, and they
dropped the channel number limitation reminder on the front
panel...guess you were supposed to know by now that the Yardney had only
  six channels.

  That'll work too. :-)

I have one of those as well...:'(
