[ARC5] (OT) Bay Transactions (was BC-375 Tubes)

Ive had Italy and Israel on my "do not sell to" list on every listing for 
about 15 years now due to the scams.

Surprisingly Russia, ex Soviet republics, Arab/Moslem countries, and Brazil 
have been perfect. With their improving economy I sell quite a bit of 
vintage homebrew parts to Brazil.
