Brian: there is a way to find out as there is a listing of some sort there.

I will take a look at my gallon jug of the stuff and let you know what I find out.

Yes. As I said, from my research a year or two ago, it is some sort of very 
high grade detergent. Normally, it is greenish in colour and somewhat 
"thickish", like dilute syrup.

According to the makers, after the rust has been removed, one can leave a 
coating of it on the object concerned to prevent the formation of more rust.

I don't do that as it leaves something that feels somewhat like a film of soap, 
only not as slippery.
