[ARC5] DC-DC Buck/Boost Converter Regulation

Hi Dave,

I have had RF get into a regulator,
which made it go to full voltage,
and it burnt out the filaments of 2 tubes.
It may be wise to do some tests with expendables,
before using good tubes.
