Dunno...is it different from that at about the middle of the page at

Actually, I did look at that manual (pages 18-20) when I was putting the 
cable fabrication page together and would have included those pages as 
well, but the special tool seemed to restrict the information to a very 
restricted few, so I decided to omit it.
