> My ART-13 did not have an original calibration book
The tabulated data in the ATC and AN/ART-13 cal books are
identical for **every** unit. The books are not like those
for the BC-221-* or LM-* (or even the TBY) that were
individual unit calibrated. The MCW/CFI unit allowed
non-customized frequency tables to be utilized.
There is one thing that will cause a difference in the
tabulated data in an ATC or AN/ART-13 cal book...the
type of MCW/CFI unit that's installed. *Some* of the
calibration points for the early 8Q-1 (two tube) MCW/CFI
unit are different from the later 8Q-2 (three tube) unit,
and that will be reflected in the printed cal tables.
There's a cal book for units with the 8Q-1, and cal
books for units with the 8Q-2. Only the indicated cal
points will differ. Most units have the 8Q-2.
The cal book for the T-47A/ART-13 will be much thicker
than that for the ATC or T-47, because the T-47A has
a vernier scale for HF VFO dial B that allows more
precise setting. All data in the T-47A cal book will
be at 1 kHz intervals, while that for the other models
will be at 5 or 10 kHz intervals. All T-47A units have
the 8Q-2. The T-47A cal book will also have data for
the O-17/ART-13A LF/MF oscillator (200 o 600 kHz),
not the O-16/ART-13 (200 to 1500 kHz).
TCZ books should be the same data as the ATC books.
