[ARC5] Spline Cable 3-Way

In case anyone missed it, the Signal Corps T's are made to connect cables 
to all three ports (M-M-M).  The one for the ARB attaches to either the 
receiver or to one of the control boxes (F-M-M) with cables connected to the 
remaining two ports.
