[ARC5] [ART-13_Transmitters] ATC/ART-13 Maintenance Autotune Crank

Except for the fact that, according to K3HVG, the longer screw that he 
pictured on the MRCA reflector had the wrong thread to fit the ART-13 
line shaft, I would be sympathetic with your speculation, John. O:-)

(This refers to a photo of an original tool that K3HVG found in a bag 
with two screws, one longer than necessary to provide the correct 1/4" 
engagement required for the the ATC/ART-13.)

I for one would not depend on a disengagement schema that did not have a 
positive stop in the two positions (engaged and not engaged), but YMMV...
