Not me, I'd "run" for hours.  I avoided it after a cook showed me how to
make it at breakfast from yesterday's mystery meat!  This was USAF in '70s.

SH at T on a shingle or S.O.S. was dried beef in some type of cream sauce.
Allways salty and would bind you up for days.
