OK. That's pretty much as I described, except it appears to have the
ability to test both transmitters and receivers.

I would NOT take it appart. The parts are nice, but also pretty common. It
may well be the only one extant.

It's not something I collect, but I'd bet a museum or Ed Sharpe might well
be interested.
