Well, I would say at least UP TO 200 VDC. Since tubes are designed with 
considerable "overhead" I would say that yes, these could be made to work 
safely at higher voltages than 200....but lets not get carried away either.

Of course, yes..

As I said in another reply, I would be far more concerned about the voltage 
rating of certain other components than the tubes: capacitors first.
