[ARC5] 10 meter BC-454 - screen voltage

My own experience has caused me to settle on about 60 to 70V. The
sensitivity is enough for DX and the audio is sufficient to put 50mW into a
speaker. I noticed that BFO start-up was an issue on 24V for one set I had.
Perhaps that was an anomaly. I have not experimented with the screen
divider but I can see where that could be fruitful. If the caps are in
good shape (or replaced), the B+ current is only 10mA at 60V so a stack of
9V batteries will operate the set in the field (lead-acid for the
filaments).
