[ARC5] Prices in "ye goode olde dayes"

A little high for the DX-35.  The price in 1957 was $56.95 which equates to $458.01 today.  However, that was still a LOT of money for such a simple transmitter!

The Heath DX-35 at $84.95 in 1956 would cost $707.79 in 2012. That was my first 
transmitter which I worked all summer to earn the money for.
