That sounds about like the spares kit for the 211330 12V/24V dynamotor 
supply for the TCS.  With a spares kit (I have several), with a bare chassis, 
fuse covers, dynamotor mount and bottom cover plus wire, nuts, washers and 
screws, you could build the supply.
