I went back and looked at his FB in detail: he has had two negatives in the 
last several months. Prior to that, they were all positives. One of his 
negatives was from a buyer with zero feedback.

The other negative looks like a first class mix up in communications to me.

The APR-4 in the ad is sitting on top of a BC-610-I, BTW. The '610 looks like 
it is in very good condition.

If I needed an APR-4, I sure would be tempted to bid on it.
