[ARC5] ARC5 Digest, Vol 113, Issue 139

We used to play the 100 bonus point game by running the 5 QRP Q's on
non-fossil energy, but that bonus has not been a part of the rules for some
time now.  I would love to see a bonus for vintage gear, but that is not in
the cards.
