[ARC5] Reverse Beacon Network?

I have had several inquiries about the Reverse Beacon Network.

I use DX Lab to plot the Reverse Beacon data on DX Atlas.

I find this very useful for understanding what is happening with operation and propagation.

Does anyone want a discussion about this stuff. It really does not apply to ARC-5 radio stuff but it does apply to general radio operation.

Maybe there is a better place for a discussion.
