Yes, of course the article has been scanned (400dpi) separately and made available some years ago on these email lists (I'm the guilty party, as I had a nearly complete 73 mag. collection.)

I know the WS19 downloads page had it, likely other sources, just search. You can also get it from me. Bill KA3AIS

While browsing some 1960's 73 magazines, I came across:

73, June, 1966
The First and the last Q-5er
Gordon White

It gives a quite complete history of the Q-5er type command radios.

I wonder if this is scanned and on the web somewhere.  
Likely I can scan it and mail it so someone who can make it available to all if it is 
not.
