Yes. Fair Radio Sales made and sold a box many years ago (1970s) which 
contained a power supply, speaker, BFO ON/OFF switch, and RF gain 
control/AC ON/OFF switch, painted gray, and connected to the receiver 
through a cable and plug which simply plugged into the back. I have one of 
those units. All you need is the +HV and filament for power. You don't need 
to worry about the screen-grid voltage. That is taken care of internally.

That would work: or you could use a voltage-doubler to get the full 250 VDC 
if you wanted it.

Been done. An article in Electric Radio Magazine detailed just that.

If the dynamotor connector has not been damaged, use an old dynamotor 
base to connect power to.

Well, those would only be a help if the rear-panel connector was still on your 
receivers.
