When in OK I got my ham call, WB5WSV.  People have been known to tell me it sounds awkward and I should apply for a new one.  But I like it; for one thing, I use can the phonetic ID of Wayne's Space Vehicles.

But about 10 years ago I discovered that the closest old original maritime station to my place of birth was at Savannah, call sign WSV.  So I'll keep my call.
