You have me very thoroughly confused by your nomenclature citations.

A T-19/ARC-5 does not use the DM-32-A, nor even the DY-2A/ARR-2 that is
the common supply for AN/ARC-5 receivers (DM-32-A equivalent).

A T-19/ARC-5 uses the MD-7/ARC-5 modulator unit with DY-8/ARC-5
(equivalent to the SCR-274-N DM-33-A).

In a later message, you reference an R-19/ARC-5X, a nomenclature not
before known to exist.  Then in your subject, you refer to a BC-454-B.

I hope I can be excused for not having ***any*** idea what equipment
exactly (or even approximately) you are discussing.  Correct nomenclature
citations are important if purposeful discussion is to take place. :-(
