[ARC5] Penetrating Oils, good discussion and flaming

"fur flies" is no THAT colloquial, I heard even as a lad in Wyoming, which
is quite disposed from OZ.

Perhaps it is best not to whine, but to learn. Being non-offensive make
Johnny a dull boy.

Hi Neil,
Sorry - I should have chosen a phrase that was less colloquial. My apology.
Since you have o'possum in NZ (imported from Australia, sadly) you'll
understand that fur flies when two o'possum get in a scrap.
Ditto for other scrapping animals. But especially o'possum.
So I meant, "When a scrap starts - the fun goes".
This IS a great group! I like being a member! Let's keep it friendly!

73 to you in NZ.

In google try "meaning of fur flies". Omit quotation marks. The free
dictionary replied thus:
"the fur flies"
if the fur flies, people have a bad argument
example. The fur was really flying during that meeting.
