[ARC5] Ranger (not Johnson) 209 Aircraft Transmitter

Hoping someone has a SAMS or anything  on the
Electronic Specialty Co.  "Ranger" model 209 
aircraft transmitter, circa late 1945.

It's a crystal-controlled MOPA design- a 12A6 untuned Pierce
driving an 807 with a 12SG7 mic amplifier feeding P-P 6V6
modultors.   But there's this wierd 12J5 triode wired into-
I think- the 807's screen circuit.  It's not RF- perhaps
connected in some way to the audio circuits, 
but all the wires disappear into a wiring harness.  
The 12J5's cathode does not seem to go to ground;
it's connected to a 2.2kOhm resistor which goes to another 
bundled wire.  
Anyone got a diagram, pretty please?
